Lose The Fat.
Keep The Muscle.

The scale cannot tell you which one you are losing. The Baseline Protocol can, and it changes what it tells you to do based on the answer.

What you are aiming for: the score holding or climbing while the scale falls. That combination is the difference between losing weight and losing yourself. Figures shown illustrate the pattern the protocol targets. They are not a customer result.

The problem with every other plan

You are told to eat more protein and lift weights. That advice is correct, and on its own it is close to useless, because it never tells you your number and it never tells you whether it worked.

So you do something roughly right for a few months, watching a scale that cannot distinguish fat from muscle, and hope. Hope is not a measurement.

Meanwhile the thing you are actually afraid of happens quietly. Lean mass makes up a meaningful share of what comes off during rapid weight loss, and you cannot feel it going.

What you actually get

1

Your numbers, not a range

A protein target in grams and a training minimum, calculated from your weight and age. Not "1.2 to 1.6 grams per kilogram." One number you can act on tonight.

2

One email a week, for twelve weeks

What to do this week and nothing else. Week 3 arrives in week 3, when it is relevant, instead of as page 41 of something you skimmed once.

3

Re-tests at weeks 4, 8 and 12

The 30-second sit-to-stand, your waist, one photo. One measurement is a number. Three is a trend, and a trend is the only thing that tells you whether this is working.

4

Your target recalculates as you lose weight

At 185 lb your protein target might be 134g. At 165 lb it is 120g. A fixed number goes stale exactly as you succeed, and quietly undershooting protein is the most common way this goes wrong. Yours updates at every re-test.

5

The plan changes based on your results

Score held? You get the progression track. Score dropped? You get the diagnostic track, which audits protein before it touches anything else.

6

The 57-page GLP-1 Optimization Guide, included

Your reference library for when a specific problem shows up: nausea, hair loss, a plateau, what to eat. You do not have to read it. It is there when you need it.

"My insurance covers a dietitian for free."

It might, and if you can get one, you should. A registered dietitian who knows GLP-1s is genuinely valuable and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The honest difference is this. That route needs eligibility, often a referral, and appointments you have to attend. This starts tonight, in ten minutes, without anyone's permission. It is a system rather than a schedule, so it runs whether or not you can make a 2pm Tuesday call. And muscle is the entire thesis here rather than one topic inside general weight counselling.

If the free option is available to you and you will actually use it, take it. This is for the large number of people for whom it is not.

What this is not

  • Not coaching. Nobody is assigned to you and there are no calls. It is a system that runs on your numbers, which is exactly why it costs $97 once instead of $150 a month.
  • Not medical advice, and not a substitute for your prescriber. It says nothing about your dose.
  • Not a body composition scan. The Baseline Score is a self-assessed proxy. Its value is the change between your tests, not the absolute number.
  • Not a subscription. One payment, twelve weeks, nothing recurring.

The Baseline Promise

Run the first four weeks. Do the assessment, hit your protein number, do the sessions, and re-test. If your score has not moved and you do not think it was worth it, email me and I will refund you. Thirty days, no questions.

You keep the guide and everything you have already received. I would rather refund you than have you finish twelve weeks resenting it.

Who is behind this

Victor Anirah, founder of Baseline

I am Victor. I have spent years in the fitness world and competed in the 2022 NPC Idaho Muscle Classic, so muscle and what it takes to keep it is the part I actually know.

I kept seeing the same thing: people starting these medications after a seven-minute appointment, spending hundreds a month, and losing strength along with the weight without ever measuring it. The Baseline Protocol is the thing I wanted to hand them on day one.

I am not a coach and I have no clients. Nobody is assigned to you here, and this is a system rather than a person. That is deliberate, and it is why it costs $97 once instead of $150 a month.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need a gym?

No. Bodyweight counts and twenty minutes counts. The training minimum is two resistance sessions a week, and the protocol is written so that sit-to-stands, a pushing movement and a pulling movement in your living room is a real session.

What if I have not started a GLP-1 yet, or I have already stopped?

Both work. The assessment asks which medication you are on and how many weeks in you are, and the protocol reads that. If you have already stopped, the Off-Ramp material is the part built for you.

Is this medical advice? Will it tell me about my dose?

No, to both, and deliberately. Nothing here touches your dose or your prescription, and it is not a substitute for your prescriber. It covers protein, resistance training, and measurement, which is the part almost no appointment has time for.

How accurate is the Baseline Score really?

It is a self-assessed proxy, not a body composition scan, and we say that on every page it appears. It combines a validated 30-second sit-to-stand screen with waist-to-height ratio. Its value is the change between your tests, not the absolute number, which is exactly why the protocol re-tests three times.

My insurance covers a dietitian. Why pay for this?

If you can get one and you will use it, take it. That is a credentialed human and this is not. The honest difference is no referral, no waiting, no appointments, muscle as the whole thesis rather than one topic, and measurement built in.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment of $97 for twelve weeks. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.

What happens after the twelve weeks?

You keep everything, including the guide and your score history. The protocol is designed so the two habits that produce the result outlive it, and week 10 is specifically about which parts have become automatic.

$97 once, for twelve weeks

For comparison, and these are their published prices: WeightWatchers' GLP-1 programme is $74 a month after the intro period, Calibrate is $138 a month, and Noom's prevention programme is $149 a month.

Twelve weeks here costs less than one month of the cheapest of them.

This is a founding price. It is low because we are new and we want the first hundred people more than we want the margin. It will not stay here.
