Come Off It Strong.
Twelve women take the same ten-minute strength test on the first Saturday of every month, and watch what their own numbers do. You will know whether the weight coming off is taking your strength with it, and you will not be the only one finding out.

The thing you are actually afraid of
You have lost the weight, or you are about to, and something feels different. Stairs. A heavy pan. Getting up off the floor. The scale says you are winning and your body is telling you something else.
A meaningful share of what comes off during fast weight loss is lean tissue, and for women over 40 that lands on top of a decline that was already happening. You cannot feel it going. That is the entire problem: there is no moment where you notice, only a year later where you are smaller and weaker.
Nobody checks. Not your prescriber, who is watching your dose. Not your scale, which cannot tell fat from muscle. Not the app, which counts what you can keep down.
This is what you are buying
How it works, in full
A chair and ten minutes, once a month
The 30-second sit-to-stand, your waist at the navel, and a rough protein count. That is the whole test. No app to download, no device to buy, no gym, no appointment. It is a validated clinical screen you happen to be doing in your kitchen.
Everyone tests on the same morning
The first Saturday of every month, the whole room does it together and posts what happened. Not a leaderboard and not a competition. Nobody is ranked against anybody. It is twelve women finding out at the same time, which is the difference between a habit and a thing you meant to do.
Your score, and every score before it
One number is a snapshot and it is worth almost nothing. Two is a direction. The direction is the product. Your Baseline Score arrives with the whole line behind it, so you can see what four weeks of doing this actually did.
Your targets move as you do
At 185 lb your protein target might be 134g. At 165 lb it is 120g. A fixed number goes stale exactly as you succeed, and quietly undershooting protein is the most common way this goes wrong. Yours recalculates every single cycle, from your new weight.
One thing to change, not twelve
After each test you get exactly one instruction, chosen by what your numbers did rather than by which week it happens to be. Score held and protein slipped? You get the protein cycle. Strength flat? The training cycle. It never becomes a newsletter you stop opening.
It does not end
There is no week twelve and no graduation, because the thing you are managing does not graduate either. Month eleven works exactly like month one, and by then you have a line eleven points long that nobody else in this category has.
Two things I am not going to pretend about
There are no testimonials on this page. Not because I hid them. Because there are none yet. This is the first room, you would be one of the first twelve, and the honest version of that is: you are the proof, and there is nothing here to show you except the reasoning and the refund.
And nobody in this room is a clinician. I am not a coach and not a doctor. We talk about numbers, food and training. Every question about your medication, your dose, or whether to stop goes to the person who prescribed it. That line does not move.
What this is not
- Not coaching. Nobody is assigned to you, there are no calls, and no one is going to message you pretending to be your accountability partner.
- Not a bot in a group chat. When you read something in the room, a person wrote it.
- Not a diet. There is no calorie target anywhere in this. We tell you to eat more protein, which is close to the opposite.
- Not a body composition scan. The Baseline Score is a self-assessed proxy. Its value is the change between your tests, not the absolute number.
- Not medical advice, and not a substitute for your prescriber. It says nothing about your dose.
The Baseline Promise
Do one full cycle. Take the test on Saturday 5 September, hit your protein number, do the sessions, and take it again in October. If your score has not moved and you do not think it was worth it, email me and I will refund the whole thing.
You keep everything you have already received. And cancelling is one click in your account, not a phone call and three retention offers.
Why twelve
Because at twelve I can read every word posted on test day and answer every woman by name. At forty I cannot, and the room becomes a feed. Twelve is the number where it is still a room.
When these are gone the next one opens for October 3. I would rather run a full room of twelve than a half-empty one of forty.
